SF Weekly Trends: Facebook Desktop CPMs Now Higher Than They Were in December

by Andrew Krebs-Smith | February 17

Below you’ll find an assemblage of Facebook data gathered across industries, funnels, and campaign types. This data is designed to give you directional assurance of trends you may be observing in your own Facebook campaigns, but does not purport to definitively present conditions on the platform, nor should it be treated as instructional (for that, you should speak with us directly).

FB CPMs as of 2.16

The Facts:

  • Desktop CPMs are among the highest we’ve ever observed at north of $20
  • Mobile CPMs have not seen as dramatic an uptick since the post-holiday decrease, but appear to be trending upward
  • Year-over-year data for the holiday ramp and denouement is radically different on both devices
